Dividend payment is arranged in certain manner in a
way to retain an-equilibrium between shareholders`
concerns, and the Company`s financial condition and
growth. The Company`s policy is to pay the dividends
in cash in annual basis. The amount of the payment is
determined by the General Meeting of Shareholders,
and with respect to the Company`s Articles of
Association.
The distribution of cash dividend payment which was
