1. Scope

    This specification covers Three core non armour for Medium Voltage cable  in   accordance with
    SNI IEC 60502-2 : 2009  /  IEC 60502-2 (3.6/6 kV ~ 18/30 kV)

2. Construction and Material
   Construction : Three core
   A. Conductor : Plain Annealed Copper 
   B. Conductor screen :  Semiconductive Compound
   C. Insulation :  Cross-Linked polyethylene
   D. Insulation screen :  Semiconductive Compound
   E. Color Code : By binder tape  - Red ; - Yellow ; - Blue or up to requested Standard Reference
   F. Metalic screen : Plain copper tape
   G. Filler : Polypropylene yarn
   H. Tapping : Non woven tape
   I. Outer Sheath : Polyvinyl Chloride color Black or up to requested Standard Reference

3. Cable shall be designed & tested in accordance with SNI IEC 60502-2 : 2009 / IEC 60502-2, IEC 60228

4. Special Aplication / Performance up to request
  - Available Product in accordance to SPLN, JIS, BS, ICEA/NEMA, AS Standard or other requirement.
  - Tin coated Copper conductor.
  - Longitudinally water blocking characteristic
  - Copper wire screen
  - Polyethylene / Low Smoke Free Halogen sheath. 
  - Anti termite & Anti Rodent performance.
  - Flame retardant test acc to IEC 60332-3 Cat. A, B or  C.
